Lousy excuse for a nice place to live. Looks great, and is clean, but building is old, plumbing is horrific and rents are high compared to immediate vicinity. Management company is not very likeable and is always threatening people with additional fees and punishments rather than working with tenants to have a neighborly community of residents. Seems that everyone I know there is unhappy and looking to move to greener pastures.
