Jim came over to check out the problem and gets parts..it's been 3 weeks,he never returned!! Not very business like
Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.

The plumber who did our bath remodel was the worst. He did not respond to messages/calls when our new toilet did not work. When he finally came back to finish the job, he said the manufacturer was at fault and we should contact the store where we bought it. Long story short, we had a new toilet that did not flush properly. He demanded payment, and threatened me with putting a lien on my house when I didn't want to pay him before he fixed it.
