Love the class! It pushes me and hard at times but I do what I can and I keep getting stronger! I just turned 49.. ugh! But I have lost 31 pounds so far. I have never lost that much before. I have even been on weight watchers and all I did was watch it go up..lol Thank you for all your help Stuart and I love all the girls in class. They work there butts off.. literally. Come join class no matter what your age or size!! Its life changing
