Hired Fieo appliance to service my refrigerator, I seriously thought it was beyond repair and I would have to buy a new refrigerator but happily the tech fixed it in a timely fashion, he was knowledgeable respectful and I would highly recommend this company.
Great service! Came out same day for a freezer repair, did a quick defrost, ordered the part. He came back promptly once the part was in. He even re-ordered the replacement when the led panel wasn't as bright as it should hav been.
If I could I would give him zero stars He came out for my washer that was leaking he stood there for 15 min and there was no leak but told me if it happens again call me. He took my 85.00 and cashed it that day. The next day it wasn’t draining right I called And he came out the next day and told me it was a bolt that was broken, now he never removed anything both days not a tool was brought into my house I went into the living room waiting for him to show me but he left without telling me. I have recently used Bob Fieo for a few appliances and was very pleased. My Mom's refrigerator was broken with a bad sensor and my freezer was leaking due to a clog. Prices are very reasonable and he seems trustworthy. When looking at my broken washer, he was honest and said that it would cost more to fix it and to replace it.
I recently need my oven fixed and I noticed he had only one review so I decided to review him for my service for my washing machine. I was not calling FIEO again. he recommended a part it didn't need, so we spent 200.00 for a part that we didn't need only to have him come back, to fix it again because that was not what was broken and it was a small fix that could have saved me 200.00. The least he could have done for his misdiagnoses was split the cost of the part we had installed when that was not the original problem. He w... read more
