Holland Pathways pretends to care about patients but at the end of the day they only care about money. I reached out to several people several times with a concern about the secretary triggering patients with her bad attitude and inappropriate sexual comments. After a week and a half I was finally told I would get a phone call to discuss my concerns but that call never happened. The facility is nice and Dr. Mike is one of the best in the biz. He's been my doctor for a long time. The new receptionist is rude. She called me to tell me that I had to come in for an appointment or else no meds instead of nicely asking me to make an appointment to get a refill since it's been awhile. She has no people skills. You can tell by how she speaks that she has no idea what professionalism is. I've never been bullied by Dr. Mike or his staff to get on the schedule until this new lady started. At church our recovery group was talking about how the facility is nice but the staff is trash I got kicked out for drugs that the Rosa who is staff brought in and gave to me telling me that it was something else. Rosa also gives handys to the men in detox while she takes blood pressure and that's ok with other staff but I couldn't sit with any guy patients when I ate. When I pointed out someone got a handy from Rosa but I could not sit next to a guy to eat lunch they got all mad and tried to silent me with more drugs. Final... read more
Loved this place and wish I would have stayed longer when I came here. Staff is amazing and the admin is an amazing human being.
I spent 74 days total at Holland Pathways. When I first made the decision to seek help I remember feeling so “defective” and broken. Like no one else could truly understand what I was going through. I not only found a community of others like me at Holland Pathways, I began to find myself again! I attribute a lot of my success to everything I learned in my time there🤍 I am now 388 days sober today!!
