We closed on our home 8/31/2023. We have dozens of defects and all of them were brought to their attention in writing. We even had the project manager sign and date every single one. As of today's date 8/12/2024 we are 2 short weeks away from waranty experation and 95% of all defects have gone unfixed. We've been working with Fieldstone to build a new home in the Lehi Traverse Mountain Canyon Point Community. We worked with Gary to find a lot that fit our budget and would get us the floor plan we wanted. We also worked with Silvana in the design center to pick out design options. Both experiences went incredibly well—they are trustworthy and knowledgable experts in their fields. I just had a home built by Fieldstone in Legacy Farms and I want to warn you that they do not build quality homes. They have major problems with their framing and structure support which causes the floor to bounce on the main level. They do not stand behind their warranty. I have yet to have them cover anything. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
