Purchased one of the quick sale homes from Fieldstone. Josh was great to work with, and the whole process was very smooth. If you are looking for an upscale home in a great neighborhood, this is the team to work with.
0 customer service! Purchasing a million dollar home was fun in the beginning with the sales agent. Then it fell apart when the construction manager said he would push the grading out for our hot tub which he did not do which I would now have to pay $20,000 to complete. Lots of other issues including “trusted” sprinkler vendor who stole my deposit for services not performed and the construction manager laughing in my face when I asked him for help.
