We've been working with Fieldstone to build a new home in the Lehi Traverse Mountain Canyon Point Community. We worked with Gary to find a lot that fit our budget and would get us the floor plan we wanted. We also worked with Silvana in the design center to pick out design options. I just bought a home with Fieldstone Homes in Payson. I love the floorplan along with the master suite and exterior design!
I just had a home built by Fieldstone in Legacy Farms and I want to warn you that they do not build quality homes. They have major problems with their framing and structure support which causes the floor to bounce on the main level. They do not stand behind their warranty. I have yet to have them cover anything. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
