I’d love these apartments if the pool people would do their job!

I'm not impressed. In fact, compared to everywhere else I've lived, it's kind of disgusting. The carpets were shampooed and the walls had fresh paint, but that's about all. They do bug spraying occassionally, but in between visits I saw creepy crawlers, and after they spray, a whole bunch of dead ones pop up. Storage is TERRIBLE. I don't know who designed these apartments, but I've never seen such limited space in an apartment. Appliances were not well-kept, and I could smell my neighbor's smoke every time they smoked.
