Very poor experience with Fieldstone. My home was a model home, there was a builder’s error with my floor plan which prevents me from utilizing my bottom 2 drawers of my fridge by placing it next to the ledge where the split level stairs are. I reached out to Bryan Wolfe and received an assuring email stating they would fix the issue and apologized for the inconvenience, then silence. Nothing! After posting my original review this morning, Trent, one of the owners called me, trying to intimidate me, which I don't take lightly. Telling me to explain my post. Telling me my original post is defamation. When something is my personal experience, that is not defamation. If you do not like what I posted, then maybe try to fix it. After my negative review this morning, Trent, one of the owners of Fieldstone called me with attitude right off the bat, telling me to EXPLAIN my post. I felt he was intimidating me, or at least trying to. I don't handle that stuff lightly. He also told me my original post was defamation. I would give a 0-star review, but that's not an option. I do not recommend building with Fieldstone Family Homes. They have been a nightmare to deal with. When they did final grade on my lot, it was not done correctly. When my landscapers showed up to lay sod, they had to re-grade my entire lot. That cost an extra bill to me, that Fieldstone is refusing to pay. My sidewalk and steps had to be removed and repoured.
