Very friendly staff. Looks after the residents well.
Staff are great whenever we visit. Clean and kept environment. My grandma keep losing clothes, sometimes have others clothes on, missed jewelry and I am not sure if there is outing activities, as it would be nice for her to get out with others regularly. One observation outside I must call out is the fishes in the indoor pond are very unhappy with the little water, either the fishes should be smaller or the pond should be larger- see video, I think it needs an immediate review.
