Construction began in the Spring of 2016, and is expected to be completed in the early Spring of 2018.

We have been trying to rent an apartment since 6/17 when we filled out our application and got conditionally approved. We have sent in every document requested and they still wont tell us if we are approved or not and they answer or emails have the time and the other half ignore them. They say you have to move in within 2 weeks but don't take into consideration that some maybe have a housing choice voucher and have to give a 30 day notice at their current place.
