My move in experience was great! My Agent Kelsey was highly responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process and made the experience seamless. And she is still highly responsive even after I’ve been here a month. Is the complex and lease perfect? No, however the staffs professionalism and quick response time definitely makes up for it. Came by the office today with my aunt who lives at Fieldstone! I must say the customer service provided by Miss Kelsey was great. I wouldn’t have my aunt live anywhere else. Very grateful for Fieldstone.
Horrible communication when apply for apartment can’t get in touch with anyone take your money and go ghost very rude and unprofessional
