This was my first apartment experience, and I refuse to give Fieldstone another dime of my money. The office staff consistently ignore calls and fail to address the inconveniences they cause residents. The office staff also gives their family and friends discounts they are not entitled to!The gates are ALWAYS broken, and security SUCKS. I’m writing this after witnessing one of my neighbors walk outside in tears because her car was stolen from the parking lot. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated incident—it’s one of many thefts that have happened here over the years. Despite this ongoing problem, the community has taken no meaningful action to address it. They don’t assist residents after the fact, they don’t accept any responsibility, and they don’t even notify people when it happens.
