This was my first apartment experience, and I refuse to give Fieldstone another dime of my money. The office staff consistently ignore calls and fail to address the inconveniences they cause residents. The office staff also gives their family and friends discounts they are not entitled to!The gates are ALWAYS broken, and security SUCKS. It is a huge amount of car thefts and break ins and Fieldstone takes no accountability for. I had to make a delivery at these apartments, and the gate situation is the worst I have ever seen in my life. My new car got hit by their unreliable swinging gate arm and got a scratch from the top of the roof rack all the way down the front hood of my car. I’ll explain exactly how this happened below. Moving to these apartments was the WORSE decision I ever made. These are the worse apartment complex, the gates never work, the office staff never do what they say they are going to do...like they all are incompetent or something. I was talking to a neighbor the other day and she stated that she has to constantly email them about pest control, and they NEVER send pest control to spray her unit...even though she emails them constantly. They are making residents pay all of this unnecessary money, but we have to live with bugs ... read more
Stopped by recently, met with Kelsey and she was super friendly and personable. She let me see all the virtual tours and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about helping people find the right place. Definitely made the whole process way less stressful. Always ask for Kelsey!
Enjoy paying 1500+ dollars and not being able to get through the gates oh and don't let it be late at night good luck this has been an ongoing issue for over an year now and it seems like it's never going to get fixed i hate to have to write this review but this problem has lasted too long. Ana has taken care of me, thank you!
