Was a nice place when my wife and I lived there for 5 years(recently moved out). The 1 and only reason out of their control for us to move out we ran out of room for 2 kids and us. Now the other reasons and cause for the 1 star, they’ve had 5 different office managers in 5 years only 1 had communication skills, they have a 2 pet policy with no pit bulls the people across from us had 4 dogs 1 one of which was a vicious pit bull who jumped through the screen and went after someone else’s dog and another pit bull who seemed fri... read more

I lived here a long time ago and dealt with the Seldin Company. The manager was very nice, friendly, and responsive. Maintenance was done on time, the garage and everything were safe, and it was very family-friendly. I did have a few issues, which were addressed, and I will always remember that. Very few companies manage the way they do. If you are new to Lincoln, this is a great location. 👍
