Great place to live, Didn't have any issues. Fixed problems in a prompt time, safe, made improvements to parking, etc
My son and his wife applied for an apartment putting down a refundable deposit and refundable $350 to hold an apartment for them while the application was being processed. They decided not to take the apartment and a check refunding the deposit was sent to my house since they were living with me. The hold fee was never refunded. We currently live here and I HATE IT! This apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Their were still things from the previous tenant here. The only thing they cleaned were the carpets the day we moved in. They were extremely wet as if it was a last minute thought. Since then we have noticed several baseboards were not attached to the walls they have been stuck on with tape. We also have had an ant issue.
