John was respectful to us & gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be fixed with our Volvo C40. He helped arrange a loaner vehicle which was very much needed! Upon returning to pick up our now fixed Volvo C 40, there seemed to be no one available to explain what they did. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Service here is always impeccable and even while in the showroom waiting for my service to be completed, not once was I approached to trade my Volvo and/or buy a new one.
We've bought three Volvos from Fields in Waukesha now, each time has been a great experience. We've worked with Mason in sales and Alexis in finance each time and they've provided the best customer service I've ever had buying a car. Highly recommend this dealership.
