Had a couple of recalls and software update to take care of, but it was like a full blown appt! Bob was great with updates and thanks to Jeremy for the video. Overall an excellent experience…and it was our first time at Fields. Thanks team!
Service was great
Al was the 1st salesman in the door when I was there and was more than happy to accommodate me. This is my 3rd Volvo and the two previous ones were built to order. He checked the inventory and found one on the lot that had everything I wanted except for the premium sound system The sound system that came with this suv is the same one I had in my previous Volvo. It actually sounds better. Al was a great help explaining the controls,etc. when I brought my wife up there to take ownership. Thanks again for the great service.
Easy to make appt on line. Received a loaner. They were ready with everything when I pulled in. Received message with report on everything done for my 100,000 Mile check. They called when car was ready. Very smooth process. Just expensive as all dealers are.
All service completed in a timely Greatfashion. Follow up was completed. Very pleased. Overall, great experience.
