Stopped in with no appt, they took care of my problem that afternoon. Very pleasant driver drive me home & they sent an Uber for return trip. Always very courteous & helpful people at the dealership.
John is great to work with as always!
Bob is an amazing service advisor. Extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help solve any issues as well as communicating it all clearly throughout, above and beyond! Thank you Bob!!!!!
The 30k mile service for our Volvo XC 90 at Fields was very convenient. They couldn’t have made it easier!
Overall my experience was good. Only thing I dislike about fields Jaguar, is the rule of not being able to get a loaner car if you didn’t purchase your vehicle from them. If I have the qualified credentials and getting services done, not sure why that should be a factor.
