Awful experience. I’m from Michigan, and purchased a Volvo in Illinois. It took 111 days to get my title and registration after various errors. The staff were unresponsive, dismissive, and quick to blame everyone but themselves. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. Please, buy a Volvo anywhere else.
