Best service ever!
What really impressed me was the technician’s knowledge about delicate materials. We have a vintage velvet loveseat that I was terrified of ruining with moisture. He tested a hidden corner first, used a low-moisture cleaning process, and kept the fabric pile feeling super soft. Top-tier craftsmanship.
Our white upholstered bed frame and headboard had gotten dingy and darkened around the edges where pillows rested. The technician worked carefully with hand tools to clean the fabric without soaking the padding behind it. It looks bright, clean, and crisp again.
Very affordable considering the quality of work. Other quotes I received were nearly double for cleaning a five-piece sectional. These guys gave a reasonable price and did an outstanding, thorough job without cutting corners.
Zero bait-and-switch pricing here. The price quoted on the phone was the exact number on the final invoice. It’s refreshing to deal with a service company that values honesty and straightforward communication.
