dead bugs all over the room toilet over flowed after the first flush the room was just down right gross. never again asked for money back right away and they refused

this has been the only place I have been staying at in the Dell's for the past 5 years. friendly staff with nice rooms. right next to all of the shopping we do when we are here.
great place to stay it's right down town in the Dells. we stay here every year we find it's the Best Deal in the Dells. Great staff and always friendly.see you in June 2020.5 stars
We stay at this wonderful motel almost every time we go to the Dells. Wonderful, caring staff and great, safe, affordable place to stay and still get full advantage of the waterparks! Honestly, I'm shocked that more people don't take advantage of this. My older kids love being so close to walk around downtown at night too. Highly recommend!
Great little hotel with water park passes to wilderness. We took the kids and they had a blast at the water park then could come back to our quiet motel away from the crazyniest. Also there a nice park across the street from the motel for sledding and a great little playground equipment. We all had fun.
