Conveniently located near public transport. Walking distance to the river esplanade. Right next to the Wesley hospital (good if your a patient). And good amenities. Drawback would be the car parking. But most guests were long term and respectful.

Great place to stay if visiting our working away from home. A good compromise between the CBD and trails at Mt Coot-Tha. 100m away from the train station.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, between work contracts. I usually stay in hotels but this place is far better, the other Guests & the Owner are so Friendly & Sociable. Just like staying at home, close to amenities, transport, food or stay in cook your own & enjoy the chat with the others staying there.
