Kind, professional, overall great experience
Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was a very big help through out the process of buying our home with answering our questions. She was also really patient and was always willing to show us what we were interested in seeing and supplying us with the information for that house
We had a great experience! Everything went smoothly and we were well informed on the purchase and the property. We love our new home!
Terrible experience. We were building our retirement home in the Fields of Waconia, a single level slab-on-grade. We signed the purchase agreement in Sept 2024. Large portions of shingles blew off 6 different times and they just continued to patch them. We contacted the manufacturer and discovered that cold weather application procedures were not followed. The even bigger issue was mold on all of the exterior walls. We hired a third party inspector before the drywall was installed and he called out the shingles not sealed pr... read more
