these guys do better than others I have experienced many services in the past and these guys do better than others. I have used them for various residential and commercial projects. I was not disappointed and got an exceptional service.
Professional and reliable locksmith company I'm a real estate agent so I use locksmiths all the time. What's important for me is to have someone who's professional and courteous. It's important for me that the tech will be punctual and show up when he says he will and charge fair prices. I find that all my needs are met with those guys. That's why I keep using them time after time. Great job you guys, keep it up.
tenant eviction I called this locksmith when I had to evict a tenant from my property. They came on time, were really professional handling it and did a good job re keying these locks.!
BAD EXPERIENCE I hear they open safes illegally. A friend was found dead in his home in Newport News and his widow had the safe opened without a will in hand the very next day! Wouldn't you think that if the woman was suppose to be in the safe that the husband would give her the combination?
Will not use again!! Tricked into paying $160 I was told this will cost $29 for them to unlock my car...I waited an hour in the cold and they finally showed up with a balloon to prop open my door and a long hanger. Then they gave me a bill for $29 PLUS $129 LABOR! It was NEVER made clear to me that I would have to pay for labor for someone to pry my door open. I told them that it was never made clear to me WHATSOEVER and yet they refused to give me any sort of discount at all.
Will not use again!! Took way too long to copy one key Went to Baldinos to make a copy of my car key to give to my girlfriend. It took the employee almost 20 minutes to cut the key. I tested the key when I returned to my car and it wouldn't unlock my vehicle. I went back inside and took the employee another 10 minutes to copy a replacement. I won't return there if I need keys or locks in the future!
their prices are high. I don't know if they hung up on me or we got disconnected bleech incredibly overpriced and not particularly friendly. rates they quoted for a simple job were more than twice that of other companies in the area. since i didn't end up using them i cannot attest to the quality of their service

They make you feel like you matter and value your business! I won't use anyone else!
Excellent Service! Buffalo Grove IL Locksmith Fast was awesome! They came out really fast and was extremely friendly. Made this not so great afternoon of locking myself out of my house a bit better and I was amazed at how fast they got out. Thanks!
