I have always had good service & experiences at Mazda. Today was an exceptional experience due to my service advisor, Brent! He was personable, relatable, communicative, and just all out great. He took the time to explain a potential issue with my tires having differing tread depths & what that could mean for my all wheel drive feature. He even checked if he was able to get the brand for me. On top of all this, he changed the name on my vehicle. Took over an hour for a scheduled tire rotation and oil change with wash. Pretty normal for most dealerships from what i gather.
Excellent customer service service
I needed service immediately because of a dangerous breakage. They were able to fit me in and fix the problem.
Suoer easy to get aservice appointment. Great waiting area for me and my dog with wifi to get some work done. Fast service and great care given by Zach and the entire team.
