I was on vacation and had an issue with my Mazda CX-5. Fields Mazda was very helpful and kind enough to get my car into the shop to check it out. I was kept informed by Jewel and she made sure my car was worked on quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. Great establishment!
Jax is an excellent customer service technician. He stayed in close communication and addressed all my car issues. Very happy with the service he provided and the price to fix all my cars issues. They did an excellent job and I will definitely be returning.
To me buying a car is not a pleasant way to spend a day. Having said this Tyler and his team were a true pleasure to deal with. We found have to be honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend dealing with Tyler and this dealership. We live in Greenville, SC and had no patience for our local dealership which were rude and aggressive.
Great service. They had my oil changed and my tires rotated very quickly and everyone is very nice. Nice facility.
