Beyond upset. I originally purchased my brand new vehicle from this company in 2016. At that time, it was Skyland Mazda. I would bring it in for service and I was consistently met with a timely, professional response, and quality work. The head of the service department was Chad Barnwell. Great dealership. I had a very good experience there, they offer a complementary coffee for you to drink while waiting for your car getting serviced. I took my car to complete a recall. Apart from taking care of the recall , they did a free inspection, washed and vacuumed my car for free, which was very nice. The price for drive belts replacement was reasonable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.
Jewelry was wonderful and very kind. she explained everything to me down to the cost. I even watched her with a difficult client, and she was so professional!!
