I’ve been going to Mr. Phil for over 15 years. The man has always been great with my hair and now that I have a son I hope to keep my tradition alive. Always a great cut and in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you, Mr. Phil!
This is where I go to get my eyebrows done for five dollars. He's a deacon. Very nice place truly a man of GOD.
