After handling a real estate transaction, I inquired about handling an estate matter. Was advised that another attorney and assistance handle estate matters. Received an email from estate attorney assistance for a date and time to contact me. I replied with day and time and never heard back. Sent 3 to 4 follow up emails and still no reply. Several weeks later, contacted rep that handled real estate transaction to confirm if estate assistant still with company since hadn't received response back.
