The experience started with a happy greeting from Angie #1. Glen was my service representative and he quickly inspected the damage to my vehicle. I had an estimate shortly thereafter and I left to consider costs. The attention to detail and the cleanliness of the facility made me trust Fields to do the work. I just had Fields Collision repair some surface damage to my car. They were thorough, attentive and professional. Glen, the rep who was responsible for my work, was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the repair painless on my part. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
Fields Collision Center is extremely overpriced. They quoted me 7g for repairs to body damage. I got a second quote for the exact same damage for 2g. The 2g quote performed the repairs perfectly.
I was recommended to come here by a trusted friend, and so I had my wife call while I'm at work. I was very surprised to hear that she was quickly chewed out on the phone for her questions, instead of being simply declined and told to try somewhere else. Disappointing, but I'm glad to find this out *before* starting service, instead of after leaving our car here for repairs.
