I just had Fields Collision repair some surface damage to my car. They were thorough, attentive and professional. Glen, the rep who was responsible for my work, was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make the repair painless on my part. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
Fields Collision Center is extremely overpriced. They quoted me 7g for repairs to body damage. I got a second quote for the exact same damage for 2g. The 2g quote performed the repairs perfectly.
I was recommended to come here by a trusted friend, and so I had my wife call while I'm at work. I was very surprised to hear that she was quickly chewed out on the phone for her questions, instead of being simply declined and told to try somewhere else. Disappointing, but I'm glad to find this out *before* starting service, instead of after leaving our car here for repairs.
Called to ask a question about car repairs and the first thing the guy answering did was yell at me instead of telling me like a normal person that they don’t provide the service I asked about. I don’t know what kind of barn your mother raised you in that this is how you speak to anyone, but maybe learn to speak to women appropriately before you pick up a phone again.
Due to some unfortunate accidents, we have had to visit the collision center more than one would like in the last year. Recognizing the stress, inconvenience and cost--the invaluable Angies (there are two of them at the shop) could not have been more understanding, compassionate, responsive and helpful. They made our entire misfortune as easy and smooth as possible. We joked that we hope not to see them in the future in their work capacity, but if we do--we know that we are in tremendous hands.
