Rainy in the service department really elevated this whole experience. To me, communication is key and this is what helps deliver a great experience. Rainy managed opening the service area at 7 AM with a plethora of cars in line, and communicated with each person who was in line ready to get their vehicle serviced and made them aware of the work flow, and handled every customer so well.
