The dealership was very efficient with cheerful, helpful people. It was a pleasure doing business there.
This is my 2nd visit to Field’s for service on my jeep. The 1st time was a communication disaster and a 2 day service became 4, but the work was done adequately. This visit was much better with the service dept keeping me up to date with my repairs as they went and done in a decent acceptable time.
Although the wait for the service was long (due to the software update not the technician) it was a pleasant experience.
Fields did a good job making the deal and getting it done quick !
