I needed a wheel sensor replaced...they had it done in a timely manor. Everyone I felt with was really nice.
I had to come in for a recall, but had a very pleasant experience while waiting for the service to be done. Nicole was very helpful. I also ordered touch up while waiting, and it was a very smooth process.
After 3 weeks and multiple unanswered phone calls and text messages I called Brad’s supervisor and was given a diagnosis of almost twice the price of the place I brought it to next. They also refused to acknowledge the warranty on my official rebuilt and guaranteed transmission without paperwork even though it was traceable as are all Chrysler official rebuilt transmissions.
