You might get a surprise problem that you were not expecting. I have had a bad experience with this dealership. You have people that would lied just to get a sale or just to get you away from them. I regret my purchase and I regret meeting anyone at that dealership. Stay away.
Will never return to a Fields Automotive location. ****************** took 30 days to change the alternator on my 2013 ******** ML350. After their mechanic tried and failed to replace the alternator, they had to order a new alternator and transferred my vehicle to a ******** dealership to complete. I also requested a B maintenance service for my vehicle, which was not completed. Service advisor was awful at communicating the delays and I often had to reach out to find out what was going on. 0/10 Do not recommend.
Very deceptive business practices price is quoted not price as delivered be careful of what you sign walk away from the deal until you review it get all paperwork upfront before you sign anything
Very deceptive service practice. Only took my vehicle there one time for a GM parts replacement in May 2020. They did replace the parts and then claimed a number of things needed replacement or repairing to the tune of over $3,000 ! I declined but then took the claimed items sheet to a local auto repair shop that I trust and guess what ? NONE of the items needed to repaired / replaced like Field's claimed.
