Well, I have been a customer since 2003. Sent the truck to this shop in Jan 2019. Was told it needed a fuel pump and drive belt. I paid through credit and never took the truck home as it was snowing. When I returned to pick it up Jacque couldn't get it to start and stay running. This turned in to three months of him having my truck. I ended up having it towed to the dealership from his shop and it was diagnosed to not have fuel placed in to it. This place is horrible, I had my SUV towed to the shop Nov 9th or the 10th in 2020 because my SUV would not start. I didn't get my SUV out until a little after the New Year, so it was in there for 3 months. My mechanic was JOC not sure if i spelled his name right, but oh well🤷🏾♀️ He never called me to update me on the progress of my SUV unless I called, I told him to keep me updated on my SUV and he did 2 times out of the 3 months it was there.
