Absolutely terrible experience with this software. The best support they have is their onboarding. Past that. They give you a bum product that doesn’t work or have support!!! Dummy buttons, nothing working, they tell you their app doesn’t work use the web page… they don’t work! No support and when it came down to making it right it was “give us our money and that’s THAT”
Honestly the best customer support ive ever had in my life! their entire team has been extremely helpful! I reached out online and had a life person walk me through or even create a personalize video just for me to follow to learn! Thanks Dane! and everyone else too!
Run…after they took my first payment I questioned why i would be billed for something that i haven’t even integrated with my system, i was told it takes 60-90 days for implementation and they bill during that time! So they expect you to pay $800 before you can even use their system 🤦♀️. This was never discussed with me prior to signing!
