I moved in in early 2020 because the rent was cheap. The buildings are very old over 50 years. Current owners RMK came in some time in 2022 and did make some initial improvements like replacing all the roofs which were caving in, painting the hallways and putting in cheap carpeting. It looked nice, but they immediately stopped, vacuuming and cleaning the hallways after a few months. I am ONCE again SO APPRECIATIVE of our WONDERFUL Maintenance Staff!! I was in a rush and accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. I saw Lenny and asked him to help me. He said he will see in 5 minutes. Before I knew it, Lenny was right at my apartment to let me back in! Thank you Lenny for your QUICK response!!!
