Tried setting up auto-delivery. Was told you need to pay in advance unless "you've been with us for a long time." Placed my last order here, will be switching.
I’d give ZERO stars if I could.. Charging loyal customers $250.00 for an “emergency” delivery is wild. Or wait till Monday (2) days in the cold middle of winter, to avoid the $250.00 fee. I Will be switching companies, to a more family friendly business.. I’d recommend any one else do the same!
Had a delivery scheduled which never showed up. Received a phone call the next morning and was immediately asked how much oil I had left in my tank, which was almost on empty. I was told that the original driver had sustained an injury and they were going to reroute another driver to my home (already a day late now). Received another phone call a few hours later which I had missed and upon calling them back was told that there was only one particular person who could help me and that she would call me back.
