When you tell a customer their concerns are not valid and then hang up on them, one has got to ask themselves why do business with you when there are many other oil companies around. Do better. Hanging up on your customers is asinine.
We’ve been Fielding’s customers for over 35 years and had the most horrible experience with their service technician which was followed up by an insufficient response from their service manager. The technician showed up wearing a political cap which is inappropriate which I noticed but ignored. Then, when my dog was barking at the stranger at the door he said ‘ya wanna put your dog up because if he bites me I’m gonna get a lawyer and it’ll cost you at least $30,000”. Amy who is apparently in charge of the Auburn location was extremely rude and refused to listen to my situation months ago. I have barely ever accepted help from the state and had to relocate to Maine in the midst of my pregnancy. I was without heat for the first few months while I got situated.
