We’ve been Fielding’s customers for over 35 years and had the most horrible experience with their service technician which was followed up by an insufficient response from their service manager. The technician showed up wearing a political cap which is inappropriate which I noticed but ignored. Then, when my dog was barking at the stranger at the door he said ‘ya wanna put your dog up because if he bites me I’m gonna get a lawyer and it’ll cost you at least $30,000”. Amy who is apparently in charge of the Auburn location was extremely rude and refused to listen to my situation months ago. I have barely ever accepted help from the state and had to relocate to Maine in the midst of my pregnancy. I was without heat for the first few months while I got situated. I received financial help from community concepts which was a hard thing for me to accept because like I stated I never have received help from the government until then. Spoke to a gentleman, I think his name was Brandon or Shannon? Not sure... I asked some general questions about fuel delivery and he was unbelievably rude to me and condescending towards me because I didn't know you couldn't do credit terms, again it was just a general question...I asked him why he was being so rude and he then hung up on me.
