Would do 0 stars if I could. Went to this place twice after going to them years ago with no problems. First time was a month or so ago and the driver was pleasant and friendly, again zero problems. This time while I’m on my way back from dropping my kids off at school I get a call from their driver saying someone was supposed to be there. I have used Fieldings for over 10 years. They have never, ever let me run out of oil. When my furnace broke down at least 10 times they are always at my door with a comforting smile!! Thank you for keeping me warm!! Loyal customer for life! Susan Doyle
Part of this frustration is based around giving this company hundreds of dollars a month, all winter for years, and then receiving this service. Called me on the day of my oil delivery and asked if I’d have enough to get through until Wednesday instead. When I confirmed I do not have enough oil to last until then, they told me that will unfortunately be when it’s delivered anyways.
