I wanted information on becoming a new customer. Dave was in such a hurry to get me signed up he would not even let me ask questions. When I called him out on it, he just laughed. Wanting to get an idea of costs and set up, he got impatient and rude just saying "give me your license & credit card #" to get me "set up" and would not answer my questions. I am happy they do not need my business.

I was buying my oil and was having them service my boiler. I wanted to add a propane stove to my house and the propane department didn't return my call original back in October. I called again in February and the propane dept said they were not setting tanks till spring. I received a call today saying they don't want to set a tank for my cook stove at all. In the middle of a cold snap, when all other suppliers were 5-7 days out, Fielding's was able to deliver the next day for the same price, even though I'm a few towns away.

They are very unprofessional! As a customer in need of oil and being sick, they did not explain the need to have a "clear path". I called them due to my regular oil company not being able to deliver until next week. I wasn't told when to expect delivery today and received a call stating they tried to deliver, but the driver was not able to because of snow in the path. The woman then proceeded to argue with me stating "out of respect would you want to make deliveries all day wet." I feel it would have been their responsibilit... read more

They sent a service technician to a family members home. A family member was complaining of smoke coming out the chimney which everybody knows who is in the heating industry that it’s typically a plugged nozzle. They turned $150 service call into nearly $1000 by telling him he needed a nozzle and a primary control and a burner motor. Taken advantage of people in their late 70s is just wrong. Taking advantage of people no matter what age it’s wrong and I will make it known to everybody I know
