My original review was almost six years ago. It is time for a 2025 update!! After being a customer since 2013, I will NEVER CHANGE to a different company - EVAH! I wanted information on becoming a new customer. Dave was in such a hurry to get me signed up he would not even let me ask questions. When I called him out on it, he just laughed. Wanting to get an idea of costs and set up, he got impatient and rude just saying "give me your license & credit card #" to get me "set up" and would not answer my questions. I am happy they do not need my business.
I was buying my oil and was having them service my boiler. I wanted to add a propane stove to my house and the propane department didn't return my call original back in October. I called again in February and the propane dept said they were not setting tanks till spring. I received a call today saying they don't want to set a tank for my cook stove at all. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to have to charge me all types of fees that both he and the original woman I first talked to when getting set up said they don't ... read more
In the middle of a cold snap, when all other suppliers were 5-7 days out, Fielding's was able to deliver the next day for the same price, even though I'm a few towns away.
They are very unprofessional! As a customer in need of oil and being sick, they did not explain the need to have a "clear path". I called them due to my regular oil company not being able to deliver until next week. I wasn't told when to expect delivery today and received a call stating they tried to deliver, but the driver was not able to because of snow in the path.
