tried calling to set up an account and the person speaking on the phone was very unpleasant. Ill spend my money elsewhere
They deliver on-time and I never have an issue with service or billing!
Ordered oil for my outside tank and usually I buy the anti gel additive at Lowes or Home Depot for around $12.00 but didn't get a chance to this time so I had the driver add one they have with them, when I got my bill the price for the additive was $40.00! I called the main office and spoke to 2 different people about the price and was rudely told that's the price, I told them if they wouldn't reduce the price that I would never buy from them again and they didn't care at all, so bye bye Fieldings.
My original review was almost six years ago. It is time for a 2025 update!! After being a customer since 2013, I will NEVER CHANGE to a different company - EVAH! My loyalty to Fieldings O&P Co has paid me back with even better price matching, resulting in significantly lower prices. After THIRTEEN years... I STILL LOVE FIELDINGS OIL & PROPANE COMPANY! OMG! I wanted information on becoming a new customer. Dave was in such a hurry to get me signed up he would not even let me ask questions. When I called him out on it, he just laughed. Wanting to get an idea of costs and set up, he got impatient and rude just saying "give me your license & credit card #" to get me "set up" and would not answer my questions. I am happy they do not need my business.
