The bad i had to wait for 20 mins on hold because of a shift change and a employee forgot to tell the next shift I was on hold Then when I picked up my order I found out when I got home they forgot part of my order so I had to drive back and then drive back to eat cold food The good they were all really nice about it and the prime rib was still amazing even cold the loaded baked potato was also a must get They also refunded the meal they forgot to give me and as a surprise threw in desert I will admit I was a little grumpy p... read more
Went to your restaurant Saturday 8/23/25 and couldn’t get anyone to wait on us.. It was not busy at all and 4 waitresses were on the floor. Not one of them even came up to us even though they all looked at us. My daughter and I walked out after waiting for 15 minutes
