(1) Don't sit all the way back of the room, all the freakin air vents would be right above ya :) (2) take lots of water (3) don't look at people while on the breaks :)
Consistent schedule, great classes that aren't as long as true Bikram (which is really helpful on a week night), mostly good instructors. Very friendly, welcoming environment if you're new to yoga.
