My cousin passed away in her apartment. when we came to grab some of her things on 7/27/26 we came in a small car so we didn’t have the ability to take the bed or couch so we told management we would be back for it. We called all week left messages with no answer or call back so when we arrived on 8/01/26 5 day later they had thrown her couch out by the dumpster and cushions were missing then took an hour to let us in the apartment and the bed which was new was still inside so it’s all we took. The management is amazing, all my interactions with Katie and Evelyn have been super positive and helpful. Property has seen some rough times but since they got here it’s such a different living experience. We appreciate all the follow up on work orders and the efforts being made on site.
