I enjoy living here. I have had some issues in the past, but things seem to be clearing up on that front. I do wish I could afford a covered parking spot, but other than that things are good
Decent place to live. Fees are high, this is on top of your rent, Internet and Xcel bill- make sure you factor this in. The maintenance guy is super nice.
I was debating since may 2024 to post this . So here I go . They are thief's since the new. Management as of January 2024 ..I lived there about 7 or 8 yrs and had all kinds of fn problems . From living in poor bathroom conditions for almost 1mth and half . Having ro be moved to another apartment and then having 2 leaks that came thru 1 bedroom and the other in the hall restroom . Then getting robbed . From the storage outside . To the last thing that made me move was my washer and dryer not working and being without it for 1... read more
