I love my apartment and overall have enjoyed living here, but I feel the need to speak on my experience with the new maintenance supervisor, (Chuck.) Since he became the supervisor, I've noticed a major difference in how maintenance requests are handled, especially when it comes to my A/ C and even basic maintenance tickets. Erin was very sweet and informative. I love how she answered all of my questions and concerns and I can tell she really loves what she does. I really appreciated her.
This place is absolutely amazing! My dad was a resident there and even at the age of 85 he felt very welcome and the staff there loved him and took good care of him! Erin is the best person ever! She is very knowledgeable and professional along with a very caring heart! I would recommend to anyone!
