Overall very good neighboorhood to live. There's something annoying every now and then like loud obnoxious music or weed smoke filling the air, but overall everyone is either friendly or just minds their business. Hardly any crime at all so far, at least I havent seen any, hopefully it stays that way. The HOA isn't strict to an annoying degree.
