Nasty place roach issues, I dont knw if selective or all have it but when moved in there were dead roaches and apt had cracks not sealed good in areas and slowly through time roaches came out , wasnt cleaned good either during move in, im a housekeeper so I keep my place clean so no reason for roaches issues

Carlos, the maintenance guy, is very professional and always willing to help with any concerns. This time, I had an issue with my washing machine, and he knew exactly how to fix it quickly. Excellent service and a great experience. Thank you, Carlos, for the great job!
3 work orders sent in at 9am, Carlos the amazing maintenance fellow comes in less than an hour later with a fix for the 3 work orders. Quick to come, quick to fix, quick to leave. Made nice conversation. Gave me advice on keeping my powerbill down during the summer months. Super helpful, love to have him here.
