I wish I could give Field Trip a great review but as you'll see below they have some issues with customer support or lack of...I'm mostly writing this to hopefully entice one one of their workers to reach out to me – to have a normal business interaction. 1. they do not offer a way to reach support or cancel a membership (at least I haven't found this on their app or web portal) 2.
