Overall not a bad stay. The location/hotel felt safe. The prices were better than the surrounding hotels. The cleanliness was subpar. The carpeting throughout the hotel was stained. The actual room was quiet and comfortable. The room felt clean but the bathroom did not. The tub floor was stained and chipping and there was rust in the ceiling. Overall for a two night experience it was fine but I would have preferred the bathrooms to be better maintained.
People always been good to me and Damaris my lady
Lack of communication between employees is disturbing. One/ morning shift said it’s not a problem to change person who would be checking in first, while evening shift employee refused to check in (valid reservation with forwarded email was presented). “Nice way” to sell vacant rooms
