I’ve been at Field Haven apartments for a little under a year now, and have not experienced anything bad. They are very affordable and communicative. If you are looking for something basic and affordable, this is 100% the place. With that being said, with everything in life, it has some flaws just to keep in mind. Rain- when it rains, the parking lot tends to flood, I was lucky to live on the corner and never had to park on the other side of the parking lot, but it does flood and drain fairly fast. I love living here. I think I've been here for 3 years now. Anytime I needed them for a repair, they are always here promptly.

Never rent from here. They are very unprofessional and the complex is horribly kept. The whole middle of the complex as well as the parking lot floods terribly. There is no play area or grilling area that is advertised. The dog park is a joke. The paint on the walls is cheap and flakes as well as stains even if it is only water. All the flooring and baseboards are poorly installed. The dumpster is constantly overflowing as well as trash littered everywhere. There have been consistent break ins on vehicles. I've lived here for 2 months now. And my experience so far has not been great. Floors are coming apart, and peeling up. Scratches/dinged paint all over walls. Parking is an absolute joke. Grass comes up to your knees. Nails coming up on the stairs, and breezeway. Very very poorly maintained. Cigarette smoke doesn't bother me, but it is in the lease that we are a "non-smoking facility" (also a joke). My dishwasher has been broke pretty much since I've moved in, and nothing has been done.
