I've lived here for 2 months now. And my experience so far has not been great. Floors are coming apart, and peeling up. Scratches/dinged paint all over walls. Parking is an absolute joke. Grass comes up to your knees. Nails coming up on the stairs, and breezeway. Very very poorly maintained. Cigarette smoke doesn't bother me, but it is in the lease that we are a "non-smoking facility" (also a joke). My dishwasher has been broke pretty much since I've moved in, and nothing has been done. Wish I never moved here. I recommend more residents submit BBB complaints. Flooding in parking lot is constantly an issue. Drive by after a good rain before you move here. Deep water will stand in parking spots for a day due to zero planning for water drainage. The middle becomes a swamp for a few days. Parking is constantly an issue. There are not enough parking spots so people will park in the drive aisle, hopefully your car is short enough where you can get out if they park in front of you.
