Wish I never moved here. I recommend more residents submit BBB complaints. Flooding in parking lot is constantly an issue. Drive by after a good rain before you move here. Deep water will stand in parking spots for a day due to zero planning for water drainage. The middle becomes a swamp for a few days. Parking is constantly an issue. There are not enough parking spots so people will park in the drive aisle, hopefully your car is short enough where you can get out if they park in front of you. On Nov. 2, 2024, I put in a service request for my refrigerator. Though it took longer than I liked to get it fixed, the company did come through. (Just waiting to hear back about making good on the perishables I lost.)
