Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
