I think Dr. Fiegl is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met. He genuinely cares about his patients and is always willing to help. His staff has become even friendlier over the years, and it's always easy to schedule an appointment. One suggestion I have is to offer online ordering for glasses and contact lenses, along with occasional discounts. It would be much more convenient if we could place our orders online and have them delivered directly to our front door instead of having to stop by the office.
I brought my 8 year old here for an eye exam and the staff was wonderful. They were patient with her, and thorough in their exam. I had been looking for an eye doctor who was good with kids and who understood colorblindness, and I legit didn't expect this to fit both. They even wrote a note about how severe it is for the school to understand.
Wow they do a great job...from the drs...all the way to include the staff.personal service is what they are known for
I am extremely disappointed with the experience l had. I had to have my eyes examined twice because the first prescription was incorrect-and unfortunately, the second one was also wrong. I ultimately had to revert to last year's prescription from Virginia Eye Institute, which is still accurate. My computer glasses had to be remade because the prescription was off by 0.75, which is a significant error. My progressive glasses were defective and had to be remade.
