Since I retired from the military my family had to switch health care providers. Through our work we picked United Health care. My spouse needs a surgery. They declined it the first time, we sent the appeal back with a couple of days. Even though we sent the appeal back a couple of weeks ago they say that they have a 30 day window to work the appeal.
