The staff here is wonderful! I went in for a birthday cupcake and they so nicely offered to put my pups name on it. While waiting, I picked up toys and dog treats. The staff is so knowledgable and they seem to genuinely care about offering high quality, safe products. Highly recommend and the service is amazing--my go to place for sure. Thank you!

So I called about a leash that will stop my pup from pulling. Well the lady I talked to wasn't very helpful. So the manager called me back and even explained everything so much better. Well we were talking and she told me she'd ship it too me. Well not only did she ship it the next day, she was sweet enough to give me a 10% doggie discount. Convenient and Great place to shop, lots of unusual items! Only store around that carries the Acana food my boys will eat. The ladies at the Short Pump location are always very friendly and helpful.
