RecommendedWe went to Stoney Point and visited the store for the first time today! The ladies working were SO nice! They made great recommendations! The leash they suggested is great- our 8 year old daughter has full control of our 50lb puppy! We can't wait to make frequent visits! The treats are also priced great for a nicer store like that I was expecting them to be higher!

My husband and I walked into the store Friday, July 19, 2019. One of the ladies working there suggested a bully stick in a hard orange rubber ball type thing. Our 6 month old dachshund LOVES it. We purchased a new collar as well, she looks so sweet! It’s worth the trip across the river!

I highly recommend Fido Park Avenue at Short Pump. The customer service from Lori and Kim is outstanding. They are one of the main reasons I shop there and return time after time. I couldn’t be happier with our first experience at Fido. Our young Weim has separation anxiety and the ladies working here took all the time in the world to walk us through our options for our first try of CBD oil/treats for our pup. He was also spoiled with treat samples and pets the whole time. We will definitely be back ❤️🐾
