Mike and his team at Fidelity Wes did an amazing job by building a custom four season sun room extension for us. We are extremely pleased with the design, attention to detail, quality, and their responsiveness through the process to address our needs and wants. If anyone is interested in building a custom home or an extension to an existing home, I would highly recommend giving Fidelity Wes a serious consideration. For any future projects, we would call them again without any hesitation.
Before COVID we partnered with Fidelity Wes to build our home. It was a very open and collaborative experience. Years after completing our home they have still been available and helpful with questions or concerns as they arise. Fidelity Wes built a new home for us. We contracted with them after the designs had already been approved by the Village and the foundation had been poured. They delivered the house on time at the end of May 2020, even with the COVID-19 outbreak. The co-owners Warren and Mike are the perfect team and I recommend them. Fidelity Wes is an awesome homebuilder. Their end product is always amazing. Warren will always go over the top to make the customer happy and keep them happy once they move in. Homebuilding will always be stressful, but Carla and Alison really help make the process easier. I would recommend Warren and team to anyone.
We have been in a Fidelity Wes home for over five years and also used them to do a custom build out of our basement after we bought the home. Their work is impeccable and they still swing by to fix minor wear and tear even five years later! If I could give them more than 5 stars for responsiveness, I would. They also came in exactly on budget and on time for our basement build.
