Definitely recommend working with Caleb from Fidelity Realty. As a first time homebuyer, I was pretty overwhelmed with all that goes into purchasing a home. Caleb was my agent when I bought my house in 2010 and he was so good that I used his services to sell my house now in 2022. I needed to know what I could get both as is and with work done prior to sale. The amount of research he did, multitude of options and advice he gave was perfection - tediously detailing each improvement I should do in order to maximize the resale value. Caleb, of Fidelity Reality, helped me purchase my first home back in 2009. It was a difficult time, as the purchasing market was very competitive. Working with Caleb as a first-time homebuyer was great! He introduced me to a solid lender and helped me every step of the way, from working with a particularly difficult seller to organizing some last-minute repairs required to close the deal. I had loads of questions and concerns, and Caleb remained extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process.
