Look the amount of mantaince tickets I had to put in my state here. I understand the neighbors sound . I understand the buildings are old. I cannot understand how the appliances are so bad. If , I go back in time I would not rent here

Dan, Eli, Sara and the rest of the Fidelity crew have really done a great job managing my property these last four years. I found them to be good and clear communicators and their management practices and technologies all highly professional. Dan and Eli were always available to talk through challenges and brainstorm solutions that worked for everyone. If you’re looking for a full service building management solution, I couldn’t recommend Fidelity more highly.

Don’t put your trust in Fidelity, they only care about the landlords not the tenants. Rented from Fidelity for a total of 3 months. They constantly mark work orders as complete when repairs aren’t done so you constantly have to reach back out, and they’ll do everything in their power to fix things with the bare minimum to save the landlord money instead of actually represent you as the tenant. I've been a client of Fidelity for probably more then 20 years now . They manage multiple properties for us . I trust Danny and his entire team , Eli , Sam , James , Sara and All the office staff implicitly. Danny also owns properties in Newburgh so he has always had a vested interest in the town doing well . He's shown over the years how tireless he looks out for his clients interest . I am vouching for there honesty and integrity in All matters .
