In a world full of transactional interactions. The team at fidelity have always shown personalized service. The team has always had the ability to show great care for tenants and the landlords (not an easy task to do) with a focus on the community and improving it. They have become family to me I a trust their insight and vision. Wouldn't want to work with anyone else in Newburgh! Thank you all for what you do :)
Update 10/18 - They earned another star. they finally cleared out the basement and acknowledge the issue. It should not have had to come this far. There was a truckload of it. Since the removal of the garbage there is a reduction in pests. The landlord provided a notarized letter of no pests in the basement . I saw them with my own eyes and there is even a photo here of a mouse. So that is to moot. They have since sprayed in the basement and used bait ( which I already had in various places) .
