I could not have asked for worse if I prayed. Update 12/5 - current temperature in home 42. no working heat for a month. Have an open ticket that does not get fixed. Heat works intermittently if I am lucky. Neighbors have no heat in 8 degree weather with children in the unit. Update 10/18 - They earned another star. they finally cleared out the basement and acknowledge the issue. It should not have had to come this far. There was a truckload of it. We have found the entire team at Fidelity Real Estate Management to be exceptionally professional, responsive and genuinely interested in our property investments. Their staff guided us through a seamless management transition that included lease revisions, vendor recommendations, minor and major property repairs and securing tenants for some properties. Our only regret is that we did not discover Fidelity years ago.
Have been using Fidelity for about 2 years to manage the rental of my previous home and they are great. Very responsive, good attention to detail and take care of my property. They found the tenant, did the background and credit checks and everything in between. They have been completely transparent about their charges and have a portal that tracks your P&L which makes tax time very easy. Thanks Dan and team!

I wish I could rate 0, There is a very arrogant and rude staff working for this company. He would use passive aggression to attack your personality for trying to solve any issue in the apartment , he would always find a way to decline your concerns and try to make people feel like garbage.the building is infested by mice !!!I have been renting from them for 2 years now and I truly regret it.
