I had applied for a few different apartments paid the application fee for every apartment applied to to be told they would rather take dss than cash bc it's a tax right off . Smh worst management ever
I’m a current tenant and my experience with the management has been a nightmare to the point where I’m super fed up and just tired of dealing with them. For 1, there’s been a cigarette smoker in my building and I reached out in October of 2024 to ask them to do something about it. Horrible!!! Listen, my fiancée applied and they denied us because they said there was inconsistency in the application. There was, my fiancée listed my email and they pieced it together that it wouldn’t be just him living there. It be the two of us and our two children total. My fiancée has great credit unfortunately not I. Between the two of us, money isn’t an issue we can afford an apartment. Your application process specifies that you require a certain credit score,which I over reached..and to make 2.5x the rent in income,which I also made well over.I applied for a $1200 apartment,while making almost $4,000 a month after taxes,and with higher credit than required.that is all that is specified for requirement..
